Each time I have had a problem at this car wash, each manager has been terrible in resolving my issues. Today however, I was met by a new manager. His name is Alex Gomez and he was terrific. I would have given 1 star had it not been for manager Alex Gomez, whom resolved my issue with complete professionalism. Bravo!!!
Gaberial (gabe) did an amazing job took his time and really did a great job with my vehicle! Best experience I've had at this car wash will come anytime if he is here I highly recommend coming and asking for him he is the hardest worker!! � Truck looks amazing ! :)
Very poor service. Waited an hour for my car to get done to still have dusty doors and smudges on my windows!!! Will find another car wash!
Always satisfied with the results of my van looking nice and clean. Great hard working employees and manager Bill as well. This is the place to get your car wash! Marc is the best at detailing you won't regret it!

I'm revising my review because of the actions of management especially Bill who is the manager of the St Cloud store and I want to apologize to Bill for saying he had not reimbursed me when he had reimbursed my credit card and I thought I had used my debit card. A "BIG" I'm very sorry!! I went back and they more than made everything right with me and I know they strive to please you. Awesome job, every detail was taken care of. I would expect to pay 4 times more for the quality of work they did.
