This car wash went ABOVE AND BEYOND on customer service! Before going through the car wash for a wash and detail, one of the young men noticed a bubble on my front tire that he could've easily not seen or not said anything about. By the looks of it, I realized my tire was going to explode at any moment. The Manager Bill was so kind to offer him and his team to change my tire to my spare so I could make it to my destination safely and get a new one. I own black cars and they show the dirt. Your team always does such a wonderful job cleaning and detailing my car. They are so nice, professional and pay great attention to detail. With our rainy season upon us, getting my car waxed has been a challenge. Management has offered to finish the job on a day when the weather is more in our favor. I live almost 60 miles from Kissimmee, I prefer to wait till I am in town to have 192 Car Wash Express work on my car. You all are the absolute best! Thank you.
I went to Car wash express on the 192 to get a full service. After when they washed my car I was told to pull over on the side so they can detail it. In the meantime My son called me and asked me to come and pick him up from Valencia and take him to a doc appointment. I spoke to the manager and explain the situation and that I have to leave they told me that they would have no problems for me to come back and they will complete the service.
