My wife took our car in to get washed, when she got home there was a nice scratch on the hood. It was all the way down to the paint. It was not there before she went because I had washed the grille before she went because of bugs. The paint on the car is like new, it’s kept very clean and garaged. I told her to take it down there and show it to them. They told her the car wash was down for repairs and they were handwashing with brushes. First time there today. They did the BEST vacuum job, as well as everything else. I used to drive to point Loma to a place where I could vacuum it myself because nobody could quite get it right. This place does! I will def be back. PS I never right reviews...
Car Wash Caffe was awesome! It took less time and they did a better job than any other place I’ve chosen. I got the ‘whole shebang’ for a great cost and added on leather seat conditioning. They look brand new ! The staff there are friendly and accommodating. I’ll be back! Thank you!

The best car wash I have EVER had!!!!
Show up right at 5 pm last night and you are already closed. Arrive at 8 am today and you aren’t open. Drive by at 9:15 am and still not open. Terrible hours for working people. You need to be open when people can actually get a wash done. No one wants to get jammed up all day on Saturday at your business.
