My one star rating is due to no response to my message, not the incident that occurred. Took my car through the wash and after I noticed the trim on the top of my car was falling off. I managed to put it back in place, but messaged them regarding what happened including pictures. I can see that they viewed my message on Feb 2nd. 10 days later and i still have not heard back from anyone.
Cheapest, cleanest car wash around, you can even wash your dog that's just fire, will be back for sure!

Best deal in town!!! Tons of salt and dirt on my car after traveling for the holidays - this got my car really clean for a great price. Even took the dogs in for a wash - they loved it! Great customer service!!!!!
