Very disappointed in customer service. Attendant was rude & unprofessional.
definitely not worth the $15 wash... left a nasty streak all the way down the center of my car.
Really bad customer service never coming back. The guy with the blonde hair doesn’t know how to treat customers the right way.
Today I came here and the woman directing cars in was too busy socializing and laughing at her coworker that she didn’t notice my car was not properly going in. When she did finally notice, she started screaming at me. Pretty sure I’ve never wrote a bad review for any business ever but this lady irked me and I will not be returning because of it.
Extremely rude employee working at the car wash. Making faces- condescending. I’ll go to Ralph’s!
This place scratched the hell out of our 2 month old car. I told the manger and he said the owner would review the security videos then let us know. They told me they were not liable for the damage. Needless to say my attorney will be contacting them. My car was still dirty as well with a $12 car wash. Stay away from here!
