Specialties Car Vision started as a husband and wife team. Small with about 20 cars on the lot, we were one of the first car dealerships to put pictures of our cars on the internet. Today, our inventory grew, but our customer service standards remain that of a smaller, husband and wife dealership. We're not like other dealers who forget about you after the sale. Great Service Andrea Snader was very helpful, easy to work with and not pushy at all. This was the most relaxing car buying experience I have ever encountered. I will share my experience with anyone who is looking for a car.
Excellent Deals I'm not from around Norristown, I live in Lancaster so it was abit of a drive but it was worth it. When I walked in the door, I was greeted immediately and sat down and talked to Ken (who was very friendly). From there, we talked about my needs and financial options as far as down payments. One of a kind The fact is that all the other dealerships had salesperson who either where like piranhas looking for a meal, or they just didn't care to make a sale. Frank cared about what a customer wants. He let us take our time looking independently, knowing that if we wanted to view any vehicle or even a test drive, he was right there to call upon. Crazy Deals I'm the type of person who always has doubts and always wonders if i could have gotten a better deal but after leaving car vision I didn't feel like that AT ALL!! I felt great about the decision we made and I can honestly say that If I would not of went to car vision and met Mohamed I would not have purchased a car today!
4 Stars this is the second time i have been to car vision and both experiences have been great. they are very knowledgeable, patient, accomodating, and respectful. they went above and beyond to help me with my decision. The owner greeted me with open arms and took our picture with the new car
Amazing Experience After having a terrible experience at the previous dealership I attempted to purchase a car from, the service I received from CarVision was incredible. I was able to easily set up an appointment to see the vehicle at my leisure, and when I did arrive on a time constraint, I was speedily seen and greeted pleasantly at the door. I have yet to meet a car dealership that loves their customers as much as this one!
I love CarVision I heard of Carvision from my husband Jimmy. He told me to go in and talk to Ken about buying a used car for a great price. Not only was Ken patient but he had the most excellent customer service skills
Great Staff I found a great listing at Car Vision and Dave Cha on the sales team and Kevin in the financing department really took the time to assist me with any questions/concerns and made the buying experience very pleasurable. I would definitely recommend any buyers out there to stop in and check them out. Great staff and affordable prices.
