Very shady busnies practices. Told them I wanted radio and speakers installed. They Only installed the radio and claims that I never mentioned to install speakers. Lost the paperwork and also took almost 3 weeks to install the "radio only". Owner said that it was really hard to find the harness for my car a 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. I paid $900 for a Jensen radio and backup camera to be installed. Also had the steering wheel control as well. Remote start , reliable and availability was quick.
Worse shop around. They take no pride in their work and lied to my face about my truck being broke prior to them working on it. There are exposed wires under the dash and they failed to complete the installation of the auto start system. The place stunk like weed and one of the employees has a bad attitude. If you value good quality work then I suggest NOT having these hackers work on your vehicle. It’s a bunch of inexperienced kids who are getting paid minimum wage to do skilled work...which they can’t do.
Eh. Brought in a working factory radio left 100.00 poorer with a new non working radio but hey at least they installed it. Was told the amplifier mysteriously broke between the time I dropped it off and the time the tech took it in hmmmmm�. Not a fan
I had a great experience at Car Tunes, very professional and provided great service. Went to get my remote start installed and definitely plan on returning for a full car detail in the spring! I highly recommend Car Tunes!
