Although, I did not purchase their vehicles they did respond quickly to my email request. And we're friendly.
Very informative and helpful
Dealer responded quickly and sent me a Carfax quickly. I didn't end up buying from them only because the interior color combination wasn't what I wanted. Price was fair for the vehicle and customer service was good.
the dealer's salesman was not looking to sell the vehicle. the salesman kept telling me to think it over and would start to walk off. I had only been looking at the vehicle for one to two minutes and did want to drive it. I finally got the hint that the salesman didn't want to take it out and I left and bought another suburban.

Car Trends II was a great dealership with good prices. The air unit on the car I was interested in stopped working in the middle of my test drive, and they replaced the unit to working condition with a new part the next day in no time, and sold it to me for the same price! Good and honest dealership.
