Absolutely terrible business with extreme unprofessionalism. They contacted me about purchasing my truck after going through Kelly blue book. I went through the entire process and they gave me an offer. I wasn’t to sold on the number so I told them I would think about it. They said “send me an offer someone else sends you and I’ll beat it”. Sent them two higher offers from other agencies after they continued to contact me.
