My husband bought headlight bulbs a week ago and they sold him the wrong ones, even after giving them the detailed info of what he needed. Brought them home, opened them and realized they wouldn’t work, didn’t even attempt to install them. He took them back today and explained that THEY sold him the wrong ones and they wouldn’t return them, but wanted to give a store credit... um no, you can’t even sell the right part but want to give us a credit to your business, we would never attempt to purchase anything in the future fro... read more

made a deal to buy a car, put down a deposit and agreed to come back tomorrow with cash. within hours this guy sold the car to someone else. then had audacity to try to sell me another car! no integrity, non professional disgrace of humanity!
Iv bought 3 sets of subs and never had any problems till now blew both of my Kenwood 12, s took them in and no questions. They replaced them awesome customer service thanks car toyz
