Reading these past reviews makes me scratch my head. Although I called and never got a call back I knew I needed to stop by and ask. Situation was I got a autopage installed back in 2011 before winter. I lost my keys snowboarding at Alyeska the following winter. Ok I got a groupon and made my appointment and for my car I didn't have to pay any additional fees so I'm not sure about the other reviews but I did upgrade to a two way pager system for additional and let me tell you I have no idea how I survived Alaskan winter before! I love this thing! Anyways I thought customer service was good I waited in store so they made sure to get it done quickly. I've even recommended to my neighbor after they saw me start my car :)

Took my truck in for an auto start they were recommend by a friend. The work seems to be good and I have no issues with the install. Their communication skills need work. Talked to a gal over the phone for about 30 min going over everything I wanted and needed due to the make and model of my truck. When I dropped it off they had nothing on file. I bought a groupon for a remote start but I ended up upgrading for a two way and paid $200 but it was well worth it and I have to say it got me through the brutal winter w/o freezing my behind lol! Staff were very very friendly and helpful...they were extremely busy with all the groupon but they made sure my car was ready for me just in time. Highly recommend!!! Thanks guys!
Very disappointing... I bought a groupon for autostart. When I came to install it, they said I have to pay $100 extra for a bypass unit. After it was done, my new seat cover was very dirty on the drivers side (it's genuine sheep skin, so I cannot wash it). Later I found out that the trunk cannot be opened when the car is auto started. They said I have to pay extra $66 to be able to open the trunk. So many additional costs they don't tell you about. I would never go back and would not recommend my friends to use their service... read more
Great!! New owner and staff – I had my truck tinted and a remote start put in. I had a lil doubt after reading reviews but checked out their website and it said new ownership so I gave them a try and I'm so happy I did!! The tint was perfect and my remote start works great...I'm going to go back for a sound system. Thanks!!
Through the Court house I found out the owner has been sued multiple Times!!!1 – I went into Car Toyz December 17th and booked an apointment for December 23, 2008 For a full Window tint for my car and an audio system also. I was very up front with the owner John Lujon. ( big time mistake) I told him I am female and i don't know anything about electronics so I asked him to give me everything I need to get my audio system banging.
