This car toys has the worst customer service skills, and will even lie about conversations to make themselves feel better about treating customers like a pos...I ended up taking back what I bought because they are terrible and I will never buy another thing from them...f car toys in everett...if you want good service, don't go there...
TERRIBLE - ZERO stars - Detailing Package This place is awful. Customer service is terrible. They took FOREVER to do a basic detailing package on our car. We dropped off at 1100am and they didn't finish until 9pm. I completely regret buying their services even discounted through groupon. I HATE this place. Don't go!!!!
I first need to start off saying I will NEVER go back here, EVER! I went in to get an alarm system for my '02 civic. I just needed something basic, the guy who showed me everything found one that would work for me, great! But then, when I went to make the appointment to get it installed, I told the cashier I would pay for everything, including the alarm itself the day I came in to get it installed.
