I redeemed my Groupon for an Interior Detail at this store today. The page says that they will vacuum all seats AND clean cloth/leather. I checked their website and it states the same thing. I called to schedule and verified that they would clean the seats. I was told because they were cleaning the seats, it would take 4-6 hours for them to dry before I could pick up the car. RecommendedI had the interior of my car detailed (who knew they did detailing?) Excellent job, and I used a Groupon to get half price. I will definitely return, and recommended them again.
When you have an appointment 1 week in advance and still have to wait 5.5 hrs. If this is what you like, come here!
Horriable customer service. During an upgrade of camera system of my BMW X3, the car was damaged and Car Toys didn't want to cover their own damage!!
Stick with it. We had a rough start here getting a system installed. We got set up with a amp and speakers that just weren’t right and had to bring it back a few times. The staff was always super nice but it was annoying to have to leave it over and over. The old financing set up was also not great ... kind of confusing. BUT - we stuck with it and the staff made sure we did get sorted out with a really nice set up that is just what we want. I wish we would have done some more research on the front end. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE 💯 There was great vibes the entire time, I didn’t feel like I was just goaded. Corey, Wes and my dawg Ginger, great everything overall. I will be back.
