I paid $750 in advance to have a car alarm installed with 2-way remote and Bluetooth connection to my phone, with option to subscribe later for LTE service and long-distance phone connection, etc. The remote works to turn the alarm on/off, but no 2-way communication. I found the alarm box in the car, opened it, and found the LTE module had not been installed. In December 29th last year (2019) I went and asked if they had an alternator for my car. They said they don't but they can order a custom-built high-performance one for me for a 15$ order fee. I said okay. This was my first experience with CarToys. Fast-forward to yesterday (Friday, March 6th 2020) when it finally arrived. I paid seven hundred dollars for the alternator, plus the 15 dollar "custom order fee". Car Toys - South Hill Puyallup, WA. Took our Brand NEW Raptor there to upgrade the sound system. They told us $4300. We put down a $1000. deposit. told us it would be 2 days. On the second day, they called at 3pm and told us it would be ready by 5pm. I was dropped off at 5pm and they said one more hour.....three times. Car toys in Aurora, Colorado, forged documentation and ruined my car. I took my Audi to the Car Toys in Aurora to install a connector for my amp. Chase did a full inspection of my car, making sure that everything was working before they installed it (which it was). I received a call saying that my car was ready, but the man asked if my heat was working when I brought it in (which it was, why would they ask if they knew that). My husband was gifted a remote start and install for the holiday's. We had it installed, but when we picked up the car they had disconnected our back-up camera, and the fob was programmed incorrectly (lock was to unlock, unlock was to lock) We scheduled an new appointment to have these issues fixed.
