I’ve never written a review before but i feel that it is important to offer some thoughts on this company based on my experience. I’ve purchased two vehicles from this company, a Ram 2500 in 2023 and a Ram 1500 in 2025. The 2500 had a failing power steering pump during the test drive, which they claimed they fixed before i picked it up. It was not fixed and i took it back. They claimed to fix the hose, but it again failed within a week. I took it to a reputable mechanic who replaced the pump and it was never an issue again. ... read more

We had an awesome experience working with Austin at Carswap, he was fantastic through the entire process. Everyone there was so helpful and we will always start there when looking for vehicles in the future. Which says a lot because we are located hours away!
I would highly recommend this dealership. We worked with John , great salesman to talk to . We haven’t bought yet . The car I was looking at sold the day before I got there . He text and let me know I might miss out . Naturally I thought it was a sale tactic. Got there the next day and it was gone . John found two others that would fit my needs .
