I called Car Sho because I was seriously considering purchasing a vehicle and wanted to ask a few basic questions before making the trip. Unfortunately, the person I spoke with was rude and very unprofessional. When I asked about the warranty, his response was basically, “You’re buying a used car.” That did not answer my question at all. I ended up buying my very first car here and I’m so glad I did. The entire team is so friendly, cooperative, and genuine. They made the whole process very easy, surprisingly fast, and were very willing to work with you. The car had some imperfections, like most used cars, and when addressed the team was very keen on fixing them for me.
