We have trained our Sales Staff to give 100% full attention to the person they are talking to regardless of any credit situation. John did nothing wrong handling the customer that was at our lot first. The rest of our staff tired to assist you, as you mentioned, but you refused their assistance. Had a wonderful experience with Ryan Davis, he went above the standard service by picking me up from the greyhound station and making sure the 20 year old used car I purchased was topped off and ready to drive from the dealership.
