After a pleasant and simple experience getting a quote over the phone, it went downhill badly. The driver was almost 30 minutes after the appointed 1 hour time slot. No phone call & the phone receptionist couldn't have been less interested. The driver then reneged on the quote due to "high mileage". The vehicle was 21 years old and the person who quoted the price over the phone never asked.
