Good experience overall! They had a competitive price, and Shane in sales was awesome to work with. Martin in finance was fast, efficient, and easy to deal with. My only complaint was that I drove 2 hours to get there for a specific car, and they didn’t actually have that car available, after telling me I needed to come in THAT day. Thankfully, they were still able to get me into something I was happy with.
Great service and no additional pressure to add extra services. Go Kia Tacoma is the total opposite of Go Kia Renton.
Inna and Bear at Kia Tacoma were super nice and helpful in helping me to get the car I really wanted. They made it easy and I felt no pressure which really makes for better customers. No buyers remorse here!

Yesterday, we bought our FOURTH vehicle at this dealership - specifically, Yesterday we bought a used Chrysler Voyager at the used car lot. Jacob and Amir were rockstars at getting us exactly the vehicle we needed for the price we wanted, and Martin over in finance made the whole process painless. I've been impressed every time I've purchased a vehicle here over the years, and am still extremely happy with my experience. The service department is pretty awesome, too!
