These guys were prompt efficient and overall great in contacting me and letting me know what was going on thank you
The dealer set an email about the car. I filled out application and sent necessary pictures needed for my trade in. The dealer only talk to me through texts message. I called several times to hear the feed back in regard to the application and trade in . No one ever got back with me I spoke with the manager who took my name but never got a call from anyone. I have A-1 credit so I know it’s not my credit. It’s the dealership lack of communication!

This customer sent in an inquiry in on June 14th, we responded within the hour via email & text that the Jaguar was available. There wasn't a reply back from the customer. We have also checked our credit application records, we haven't received a credit application from this customer either. Based on this information I can only deduct that this customer is confusing our dealership with another dealership. I invite this customer to correct this incorrect review. Their cars are kept in pristine condition indoors, they respond quickly after inquiries, and they were not at all pushy or trying to constantly oversell me into a more expensive car. All of their details about the car in the CarGurus listing were correct, and their website gave more details along with over 40 photos of the car.
