I went to buy a car, I was referred to a particular sales person, by longtime friends. It was the worst experience dealing with the salesperson. He was conning and didn't listen to what I wanted, and yes I'm female. His agenda was to sell overstocked vehicles. He ruined my chance by being *** and overbearing. I bought a 2021 Sorrento LX on November 03 2022. Three weeks later the vehicle completely shut off while Im driving on the free way this can cause my life. Contact them about the car, *** told to drive it in or towed to the *** pro shop. Towed in on **********. I was liking *** until my car got broken into recently and almost gotten stolen... Come to find there's s tiktok challenge going on, aiming only *** and ******* cars because they are very easy to steal. We were lied to by employees of Car Pros **** We were buying a KIA.SOUL and was told there were 48 mo. At $389 payments. After being there for 5 hours, after we agreed to buy car 8/2/22 to get color delivered that day. We were told we were buying car. When we were doing paperwork the car was delivered. My wife and I went to buy a 2016 Jeep Cherokee for $14,999 with 106k on it. I called and talked to *****, told her we wanted to buy it and had 5k to put down and would like the payment to be around $230 a month. She ask to run my credit and email me the infor to do so. My new vehicle was missing a vital component in the event I had a flat tire, it has been a little over a month and after a follow up email finally received a call from someone in parts who had no idea why he was calling. If I hadn't been proactive and purchased the missing item on my own, I would still be missing the part. Kia Tacoma's General Manager Jason B***** has been nothing but unhelpful. They are dishonest in selling their vehicles. I purchased a car from them in which I tried to return to them with in 24hrs because it didn't come with all the features the salesman said it did. Car Pros cooperate states that a customer can do that and find something else on their lot. All I wanted to do was upgrade the vehicle which was only $2,000 more. Poor customer service, they charged my family for oil changes even though we have paperwork that we bought the life time plan, they never return calls, and on numerous occasions I have witnessed their managers berate and emotionally abuse their staff! We've bought 2 vehicles from them, but NEVER again! I actually wish I could a negative number of stars.
