They wanted an extra $100+ to get pick up to bring our vehicle out of the yard. Gas is under $2.00/gal. Their equipment must be garbage if they can't pull a van out of a yard. This is after they lied and said they were on their way. It took the an hour and half to get here.
Do not go here. Today i got the worst service. I was told from the lady at the front office that i had to "wait on the person with the keys" to come unlock the gate to get my belongings out of my car. She also stated to me "i dont know where this person is, could be carthage, could be somewhere close or far". DO NOT GO HERE. waited over a week just for them to LOOK at my truck, when they did, they sped through fixing it. so theres a wire hanging now, I dont even think they tested to see if itd start, because it doesnt turn the first time. it takes two times before it even attempts to start. they said it was the fuel pump, WHICH WAS OVER PRICED AS ALL CAN BE FOR A PLACE WHO DOESNT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. Car Pros have been a god send for me today. They picked up my Cadillac from Spring Lake and brought her home to me. Price ways beyond reasonable. They also diagnosed and fixed my stepmoms Hyundai Van about 6 months ago. It was something that has nothing to do with the code we received. great people. great mechanics.
It took over two hours to come and tow.Very slow service.
