Customer service is terrible. It feels like parts availability depends on the seller’s mood. Don’t waste your time.
SCAM ALERT!!! HORRIBLE experience!!! I contacted them through an ad on FB. I requested information, they responded with ways of payment for parts. I chose Zelle. I sent numerous images of the payment made and got a response that stated "cancel this payment, account is on a limit". I called my bank and they " stated that they (Car Parts PDX INC) could reverse the payment or I could do a charge back. So thinking nothing of it I asked them to reverse payment. OK prices,, good quality parts. Most are made in Taiwan. Not sure what happened, but the prices just skyrocketed. I stopped checking prices.
Good for newer cars and trucks after market parts.
