Very bad experience. I was in an accident and was recommended to this shop by a friend. I spoke with the shop about having work done to my car but they were always hard to get ahold of and had to wait for a call back every time. Once I finally took my car in, they treated me like they were doing a favor for me. No direction. No one in charge at the shop to help the process.
