We finally found a legitimate automotive repair shop that we trust. The folks at Carmasters are always honest with us, and don't try to rake us over the coals or charge us for services we don't need. Their rates are reasonable. We now take all our cars to them (except for the ones still under manufacture warranty). They call with a quote and explanation before starting work, and stick to it. As a woman, I also love that one of the service writers is a woman, and she knows her stuff!

Thanks to Car Masters for fixing my brakes and finding a nail in one of my tires. I knew something was wrong when I heard a squeaky noise and it did not seem to be balanced, either. They do not fix things that are not broken and are always courteous to me. I recommend them.

The people that work here are SO good! They're quick and so helpful. I love that they don't heckle you into a decision. They listen to their customers' concerns and always do such an amazing job!
Once again, Tim and Michelle took great care of the Realtor-mobile, and we are idiot light free, windows working, smooth idling, fan just a-blowing AC and heat, back to work!
