I can't think of anybody who wants to have car issues, first thing in the morning, on their way to work, 2.5 weeks before Christmas. That being said, not only were these some of the kindest people I've had to work with over my car (its been a nightmare the last 5.5 years I've had it..) but they didn't price gouge me, they had my alternator repaired and the serpentine belt replaced within 6 hours, they didn't talk to me like I was ignorant. This is a great mechanic shop!! They are kind, honest and affordable. I’ve had them work on my Jeep a few times and I’ve always been very pleased with the service!

I have been bringing our cars to Car Masters for years and I trust them completely. They do great work and stand by their work. I’ve never had a single complaint.
We had our van serviced for the first time at Car Masters. I hate car problems and dealing with mechanics but let me say this was hands down the best experience we’ve ever had! They stayed with the timeframe they gave us, very fair and reasonably priced, incredible customer service and diagnosed/fixed the issue!!! We will definitely be going back anytime we need repairs! Everyone was great!!!
This was my first experience with Car Masters. They were very friendly. They listened to my concerns. In addition to new brakes they provided an overall “check up” for my car. My car drove smoothly on my way home from the shop. I will likely go back for future car repairs.
I have been going there for years and their service is consistently great. I’m so thankful to not have second thoughts about who handles my ride.
