RecommendedBought a truck from car-mart about 6 months ago and have had no problems out of the vehicle or any of the staff. This will be the third vehicle I have bought from car-Mart and staff is always friendly when making payments! Also helping build my credit and there service contract has helped get my previous vehicles fixed!
Car mart is a joke the dont fix any problems with the vehicles let alone can any of the employees tell you the truth. the new branch manager is a waste of air lieing and corrupt. i had a f150 for 9 months never missed a payment and in those 9 months the same issue kept accruing ( rackapinion ) was bad after 6 different ones? they just didn't want to fix it so I gave it back after spending $7,543 in 9 months and did a (AOC)needless to say my credit score dropped over 100 points when I was told soft credit hit if you are in ne... read more

Don’t waste your money their vehicles do not last! You’ll be much better of Going to Byrider or car choice!! Take it from someone who knows and who had to put this mustang with 99 thousand miles in the shop over 8 times in the first 3 months of owning it and talk about corporate greed, rude and distasteful people! Not reliable. Manager cursed at a kid while I was in there. Plus they refused to fix my vehicle numerous times. Save yourself a headache and a little more money and don’t go to car mart I promise it’s not worth it!
