I do not recommend going here. As I had 2 cars from this place the first the trans messed up the second one I was promised to be took out of it. For 5 months and put into another car. My car was at performance for 5 months for a new transmission and a motor. I was still making payments on said car until cooperate told me to stop until they got it diagnosed at yet another mechanic shop. Only to be told that my income and my finances is not enough. The account rep Diamond is very unprofessional. She threaten to repo my car, she harassed me with phone calls and text messages and came to my house on several occasions about 1 payment. My account has never been modified before- my children and I had covid and we expressed this but she was just overly aggressive. She has made it very clear that we don't matter. I hate I experience this because now I will never shop with them again.
I have been a Car Mart customer since 2020, though service is great I will not be purchasing another car from the Rome, Ga location. Ms. Amanda, the area collection specialist and the manager in training Megan are wonderful. If you ever need any help with your account they will provide a way for you to stay on the road. Communication is key.
