T he new general manager is definitely better than the other employees. Hope it stays that way and hope they find some new employees to replace the rude ones
No stars needed for this company don't buy from here rude customer service wants to do nothing but take money if vehicle brakes down no help financed threw them in less then year computer crashed in car taking altinator starter and battery to replace every was over 3000 did they help nope don't waste ur time
I have been a Loyal customer with them since 2023 I purchased a 2020 Chevy Trax suv , and was half way finished paying off my car loan when my motors blew out in this year May 2026. I had a warranty and was told that my motors was not covered , they did not offer any loaner cars or discounts for you not having any transportation. I suggest you have a plan b or backup plan when getting vehicles with CAR MART!! This is the worst place ever I got my car from Opelika they closed down just like all the others and j had to use Phoenix city I paid 1110 to get the car they told me 1 payment 265 I paid that they told me after that 165 cause they had it set up 285 I went off I got kids and other bills I had a house fire n only missed one payment of 165 only they call every day all day I swear I missed one payment I hate this company go somewhere else it be 6 different people calling on speaker and they will have a bad attitude please don't... read more
So I had a car from Opalika car- mart I pay my first payment n the next day my motor went out , mind you Opalika car- mart close so the car-mart in phoenix city is in charge of the opalika cars so they told me the charges to fix my car are too much so that I can come here n we can work on getting me into a new car first I’ve been here for two hours n now I need a co-signer I see 5 workers only one have someone in their office nobody even trying to help me they on they phones walking back n forward n not even saying a word to... read more
