The process of getting the car was smooth, but the customer service changes once they’ve got your money. My account rep, Vince or Vance, (not really sure) is rude and unwelcoming. He insulted me and has a very cold demeanor. His customer service skills need work & the management ain’t no better. When you try to complain, they do absolutely nothing & don’t even check to see what the issue may have been. Instead, they send the receptionist to deliver the message. I had been without a car for almost two months. I tried different places and they all wanted a ridiculously high down payment. So before i gave up I tried Car-Mart and Maya was my sales rep she was so nice and funny I had a great time test driving different cars with her and making jokes and i walked out with keys in my hand.
Maya did a great job with my Experience she did her Big One... Got me pushing clean thur the city.... 10/10
