Just wanted to get on here to let people know about my experience so far at location off of marshall. The guy who sold my car was great, now the manager is a different story! I understand I am buying a used car but for me to have to take my car back to get it worked on yesterday not even having it for two weeks, two week mark was TODAY not yesterday, he wanted to argue with me about it, I haven't even MADE my first payment! They don't care about their customers. They are just in it for what they can get from you. Haven't been able to drive my car 5 months out of the Year I have been paying on it. Got sold a lemon and they won't do anything about it to help me get in another vehicle.
what we have and what we have done have any ideas feel free to comment. 03 dodge durango 5.7l 117,000 miles (rounded) NEW- fan clutch, rotors, radiator, thermostat, water pump, both heads,all new gaskets, wheel bearings, new spark plugs, brand new tires (aug). belt, and pullys. everything has been replaced since June 2016 PROBLEM - over heating. we have no more money to put into this vehicle and we have no idea what to do with it!! we have put in over 2,000 dollars in just repairs since we got it. we will pay it off in june ... read more
Got car back after not having it two weeks. Frame is fucked/ a/c went out/ white smoke/and leaking green stuff. we had it less than an hour. Had this car about a year ALWAYS HAS PROBLEMS staff is also rude. They really dont care about anything but the money.
I have had this truck for not even a week yet and has broke down on me twice first it was the belt and pully then the drive shaft falls out from underneath it and after three days they can't put u in nothing else this place is a joke I suggest no one go there
Has to be the worst company in Longview don't ever buy from these crooks buddy. Bought a truck from them said he has a 3 days grace period if anything goes wrong with the truck and it did the next day witch was a Saturday and he brought back to truck to be looked at and they told him it would be Monday before they could do anything well he came back and they said it was to late just saying don't buy from these people
