I purchased a car from there two years ago and I got pulled over the other for my tint being to dark and i told the officer the tint as already like this and the car has a lien on it , to make a long story short i notified car mart and told them they sold me an illegal car she said that is neither here nor there and you can remove the tint yourself if need be. First off they should be the one paying to have it corrected to the right percent.
My nephew traded in a vehicle that me and wife have a loan on in which he was paying us for the vehicle. He wanted a different vehicle and I had to sign the title since me and wife are on it and they said they were going to pay off the loan which was April 10th. Within a few days they wanted a lien release from me and still nothing on paying off the loan. Car Mart on Sheridan Road in Lawton are a bunch of crooks Nick the General Manager is a ripoff artist they sale junk vehicles And then they sell you a service contract that they refuse to honor.Nick Is such a snake he refused to even look at me while I was talking to him. I then snapped my fingers at this Jack ass and he got an attitude called for help like a little girl and had me escorted out. My husband and I came and test drove a lot of cars over several days before we decided on a car that fit best for us. Lance was very helpful, answered all of our questions, and very patient and professional. He explained everything to us and made sure we understood everything and made sure to get us a payment schedule that we were comfortable with. He was not pushy to buy like a lot of car salesman either. Lance is definitely an asset to the Car-Mart team!
Kaci Higgins is an awesome car mart employee. She helped lower my payments and I've had my chevy equinox 3 months now and no problems what so ever. Ive recommended a few of my coworkers also and they are pleased. They are all so friendly and willing to help. James is amazing to always very friendly.
