we paid iff 4 cars frim them andbtje 5th was a lemon from day 1, after it sat for months and finally the manager agreed to take it back and clear the debt. We paid about 3000.00 for a non driveable pacifica. So now it shows repossed on our credit report, keeping us from getting a house. But of course diesnt show the 4 we paid off. Talked to the main company and asked for all paperwork and they said they will send 4 seperate times its been 7 monhs and guess what no paperwork. They refuse to honor my warranty so now I’m with out a vehicle and still have to pay for my Jeep that isn’t running.

I bought a car from them on Thursday 10/31/2018 and I am leaving a 1 Star I would leave it worse if I could. I took the car back to the dealership on 11/01/18 and was told to bring it in on Monday 11/05/18 after the code was ran by the Manager that she said she was going to contact a mechanic and tell them to order the part I need. Fast forward to Monday after not being able to drive the car all weekend due to fear of blowing the engine or the transmission. Stay the hell away from them! A bunch of liars. They sell you a protection plan and don't honor it. #WSMV I team needs to investigate, the are running a scam.
Absolutely a piece of shit place
They are awful ever since they went under new management. They talk about you in front of other customers and other employees. They think it's funny with whatever happens to you and your vehicle. They are out right disrespectful.
