They are great with helping you helping you get the car you want but they are rude and they customer service skills suck. They do not know how to talk to people especially Kim. She is the rudest person I have ever had to deal with and don’t try to complain on her cause Nancy up holds her in her wrong doing. If you go thru car mart for a car please go to the Tuscaloosa lot they are really friendly and helpful and most important polite
Great customer service! Nancy Dobbs really helped me in answering any questions I had. I saw a Facebook post she made about some of the deals they were offering and contacted her. I really appreciate her helping me! My husband and I can't wait to choose our new vehicle!
I like to come to Car-Mart just to visit Kimbley cause she’s such a sweetheart until you cross her the wrong way.

I have had my car about 4 maybe 5 months. Today I was leaving my son's barbershop and my power steering light came as I was trying to turn onto 82 and a truck was coming but thank God he had us covered and we was not in a accident. But my car wouldn't turn and it was very hard to turn. So I called Car-Mart and told them about it and they got a tow truck to come get car, but couldn't give me a damn car to get to work.
