I have been a customer of theirs for a little over 2 years and I can promise you that their customer service is top notch. They will do everything they can to get you in a dependable, affordable vehicle. And if things come up, they will go out of their way to help you get back on track. Very friendly people and very good service. I've got 2 vehicles from them and had no complaints to date. If I ever need another, they will be the first place I go to. I highly recommend them.
I love Car-Mart of Columbia TN! TJ got me in my second vehicle from them! He's super nice and patient. I paid my first one off and had it for an additional 5/6 years! Very professional. I also worked with their manager Mike to seal the deal! Thank you guys so much for all you did for me!
TJ was so helpful. We were a little all over the place since we had to bring our 6 month old, and he was so patient. I even changed my mind on the car in the middle of everything, and he took me across the lot to look again to make my decision.
