OMG this review is especially for Shelby the manager over service department she is the best I really really appreciate her she is th best she go above and beyond for her customers she called me everyday even if she didn't any news yet she still called and by her calling that made me feel good it's the little things that make the customer feel good i give her 5 stars I wish I could give her more... My daughter baught a car from this location and has had issues with the car since driving off the lot. They have sold her a car with tire issues, and flooding issues inside of the car. She was treated rudely by the sales manager, and threatened by her to not return the car car due to my daughter being upsetsbout all if the damages. She laughed in her face and made her feel like her concerns weren't they're priority. They sold her a lemon and didn't take accountability. Absolutely will not be back. I bought a grand Cherokee in December not even 500 miles and had to take it back. Gave me a different car and it was no better. Ended up being 15,000 upside down when i went to trade in because they charged me 20,000 for a car that was only worth 3,000! Will not be back!
