At first we had a lot of problems with the car we purchased and management wasn’t very helpful, but the new General Manager, Charity Waters, has gone above and beyond to help us take care of our car. She’s been determined to help take care of our problems and hasn’t faultered on restoring our car to it’s potentional. It’s always a pleasure to see her and I feel safe with my car and the care it receives.
They have helped us out so much we won't go any where else we love altus car mart
Selling cars without titles....bad bad business..don't do business with them
Kids bought a car over two months ago...no title and now an impounded car becaise you cant get tags without a title...great work over there. I will continue to put them on blast till they fix it. I am going to call Altus AB, Fort Sill, and my good friends at 95.5 and pass the word... word to mouth is a damming thing!
They will sell you a crappy car that will break down on you!!
DNt GEt not OnE CAr FRom ThEm....ALl of EM bRAke down..rite AFter yu get them..n they won't fix them for free.n it take them weeks to months to come get it...they had over 100cArs giving bacc or repos.. Cuz the are lemons...altus car Mart is nht gud, if anything go to tha one n ardmore or Tulsa, cuz altus..is a no go!!!! N very rude wen it comes dwn to tryna reason with them...n if yu have two cars from them n behind on one they take both, deals are God until the beginning of the year n they want half yo taxes, DONT!!!!!!!
