They repoed my vehicle ILLEGALLY!!!! Didn’t call it in to the police department before they towed my vehicle, owner told me they did report it, which I called the police department and found out from NOT ONLY the dispatch officer but the front desk women that there was NO CALL MADE except for when I called and Reported it Stolen!! the owners wife LIED and said she sent me three emails prior to coming and taking my vehicle, THE OWNER HIMSELF WOULDN’T PROVIDE the SUPPOSED EMAILS (because he knew they didn’t exist!) !! so I got a vehicle from this company in August. they’ve been really good to me, but then they took our vehicle today when last month I had explained to them that we had a family emergency in another state and so I would be missing a couple payments, but I would catch them up once I was able. They agreed and I explained to them that I would have the payment the following paycheck and they reloaded the car today on the day that I have the payment.
