“NOT OUR PROBLEM” were the words they used to let me know that after the vehicle I just purchased a little over a month ago, motor seized and I’m out of town working. They could do nothing to help. I have purchased many cars from them and I’m a very loyal on time customer. Have made many referrals as well, but now I have to make this post and advise everyone to look somewhere else to make a car purchase. Or risk being out of your deposit and a working vehicle.

Sounds like Carland in Mobile, scammed me, sold me a lemon had to have 2300 worth of repairs, only had it 3 months, called them and refused to pay this month's payment until someone addressed the issue, ooohhhh they addressed it, went to the auto shop where I took it and repossessed it. I was a week late called a lawyer and they said unfortunately they have the right to do so, especially if it's in house financing. So now they have my 3000 and the car which they will fix and resale to the next sucker. They came in the middle... read more
