I purchased a 2011 Ford Fusion on 3/9/24 from Car King. They said that they had checked out and topped off everything and the oil had been changed. April 25th I went to a Valvoline to get an oil change and have my emission test done (oil change was not really needed but I was going on a 5 hour drive that weekend and wanted to have things looked over). They couldn't change the oil because Car King had sold me a car with a stripped oil plug. Which means that either their mechanic stripped it or they lied about the oil change. ... read more
