Their logo should be a leech in the shape of a U. This company preys on tourists. They assume you have no clue how SunPass works, they impose unnecessary insurance, etc. I made online reservations, for which I prepaid to save a few $. When I arrived, they tried to convince me to pay for their SunPass, I have an account so I declined. I cannot say enough bad things about U-Save... But I’m going to leave a bad review for every day over 14 days that they don’t give me my security deposit back. They told me, no worries, I’ll have my $250 back in 14 days. It’s been 17 and I don’t trust them. They were rude, slow, unresponsive to my inquiries and added on extra fees for everything under the sun. They are off-site from the airport and a total hassle. Do not rent from them.
I rented out a car from them on April 8, 2018 and returned it on April 12. They asked for a deposit of $1,000. The worst happened when I returned the car. The inspection person inspected the car and said to me everything is fine, I saw him putting "Damage to Vehicle on Return" -- He put YES. I asked them why yes when there is no damage to the car.
