CarFix had my SUV for 10 days, and I understand that it takes a while for parts to come in. They kept promising that they would have it done the next day or that afternoon. But the day that I finally got to pick my car up, I only got 8 miles down the road, and the belt broke and my power steering went out. It was terrifying. CarFix did send a flat-bed tow truck, and take us back to CarFix to put on a new belt - which didn't take long. I only got 28 miles down the road, and all the oil poured out of it. Went in with a nail in my tire and I thought I would need a tire but they were honest and fixed the tire at no charge to me. Will definitely be getting all my business in the future.
