Great shopping experience, Charlie is very nice guy to deal with got my Nissan Murano at Car Factory. They have good prices and no gimmicks that other dealers have just straight forward and honest staff. I had two minor issues with the truck but Charile took care of them and overall I am happy with my purchase.

I recently purchased a BMW from car factory and couldn't be any happier with them. Toni called me up after i had expressed interest in their car. She told me i would speak to nick who is one of their salesman there and he was very knowledgeable on all their cars. All their cars they showed me were in very good condition inside and out. purchased a Cadillac SRX here for a god price. This dealer took my MCU loan check when other places denied my form of payment. Great overall experience and I got a really nice SUV. I found them on this site and I noticed there was many cars to choose from, pricing was legit, and they gave me a carfax and oil change with my purchase. The Cadi was warrantied. This is a great dealer.

I just purchased a 2010 Denali from nick at car factory. He was informative and professional. He brought us on a test drive and we were hooked. All the cars that we had looked at were very clean on the inside and out. we did our finance with Wells Fargo and Mike got us a great deal. Thank you so much guys we will be sending the whole family there for cars we really appreciate the hospitality.

Charlie and mike made my car buying experience fast and easy. I went to car factory for a Subaru forester they had for an excellent price. I arrived in the morning and in about an half hour I was driving out with my plates on the car. Thank you again guys HAPPY NEW YEAR

Very satisfied , Nick great sells person thanks for all your help Love my town & country !!! Car Factory took care of everything On the spot 123 inspection , registration , tags , helped me with Calls for insurance , Nick ask me if I wanted to drive home today On a Sunday no problem & yes I went driving home yea Five stars Easy and would send my family !!!
