Gave a deposit for a car and was told it would be ready after they did an inspection on it. Was told it would be ready at 12pm. Called three time and showed up at 7:30pm to then be told the car is 20min away and 9pm still no car and no answer!! I’m waiting for my deposit, I need it asap! What a waste of day . I could have gone elsewhere and got a car same day. This is not how you do business!! I need my money back..

My daughter went to this dealership excited to buy her first car, and what we experienced was completely unacceptable. From the start, things felt suspicious. When we arrived, the door was locked, and as we turned to leave, Ivy, the front desk receptionist, came out and opened it, saying she had been in the back. She had my daughter fill out paperwork, then tried to push a blue car she already said she didn’t want.
