Chris and his team at Aamco got back to me quickly about my transmission slipping and diagnosed the problem quickly as well. My transmission is working well after their work was done(which was again very fast). I felt appreciated for my business and will happily recommend them to anyone interested.
This is the GREATEST mechanic shop in town!!!!!! We have tried several shops in Lake Havasu area in the past few years and have always had problems with being overcharged and the work not done right the first time and having to pay more for them to fix it the right way. But Aamco by FAR outstands the rest, they have great customer service and they keep you up to date on whats going on with your vehicle. If honesty, integrity and great service is important to you, they you are at the right place. I found Aatco and Joe due to an emergency situation that arose late on a Friday. Joe was polite and responsive on the phone and told us to bring our truck to his shop. Upon our arrival, besides Joe being a well presented and friendly guy, first thing I noticed was the cleanliness and organization of his shop. I would not recommend this place if you want to be treated with customer service and appreciation. I felt like a bother the second I walked in the door, the guy at the front door just stared at me like "what are you doing here"... I had to greet him instead of the other way around. After asking about a service the guy was rude and snotty so I changed my mind about getting the service done there. I will never go to this place again!
