Even though their internet presence implies Mr. Tingle still owns the business, he retired and sold. Bottom line, in July I paid them almost $2,000 for nothing. I took it somewhere else, and it was clear Car Craft had either ignored or missed an easy fix. I hope it works out for them, but buyer beware. The excellence and competence of Mr. Tingle’s business is long gone.
