I want to say thank you very much for everything. The truck is awesome. Shannon was awesome when I talked to her on the phone and they held the truck for me no questions and when I got there from Jackson she got the keys for me right away and took it for a test drive and feel in love with the truck. We purchased a 2011 Black Ram in May. The truck had 120,000 miles on it. About a month ago the engine light came on. We took it to the shop where we were told that the Camshaft and lifters failed. The mechanic said that the lobe on the camshaft on the #5 cylinder rounded off, destroying the camshaft and lifters. He said that today's motors should exceed over 300,000 miles without a failure like this. He said this would have been know, by the dealer who sold us this.
