I stepped in their door for the last time this evening. I bought my side by side November of 2019. The salesman was dry and offered little to no assistance after I test drove and decided to buy the side by side. I asked a few maintenance and break in questions and got zero answers. RecommendedI wanted to write a review. As the GM of a Ford dealership, I know the efforts that it takes to run a solid dealership. Despite what everyone thinks, dealerships do not make money hand over fist when they sell you a vehicle. The margins are VERY low and good dealers run a profitable business by achieving high sales volume and loyal customers. Powersports is also competitive. my buddy had a side by side worked on. they replaced the clutch and within 50 miles it went bad, then took it back over the second time, they said it was fixed, but they didn't fix it because within 18 miles it's back out. we are going to have to sue them because Carl wont return calls. we was ok with them replacing the clutch and letting us take it somewhere else that would do the work right but noone there will return calls. noone there takes accountability for them screwing the clutch up because it wasnt put in right. Bought Sportsman 335 on 4-11. On 4-19 the engine needs major repair. No oil pressure resulted in the engine doing a “soft seize”. Oil level is full, but pump will not circulate oil. I paid full asking price without hesitation due to physical appearance of machine. I have tried reaching out to you by phone, yet my call doesn’t get returned.
