Trae my car salesman was great. It was Brian is why I give it a 1 star review. His communication sucks and so does his attitude. When car was purchased brakes were supposed to be changed. They had my vehicle for a week and when I got it back the brakes are squeaking just as loud as they were before car was purchased and rubbing together. Brian informed me that they “paid” the mechanic to do so , and there’s nothing that he can do. BUYER'S PLEASE BEWARE! if i could, I would give negative stars. I dont often leave bad reviews, but this time its more than necessary. 1st off, I was told by the salesman that the car i purchased was a 1 owner car, to find out later, I am the 3rd owner. (Which is false representation) I bought my car in August, have had nothing but MAJOR issues from the vehicle. I have been paying for it, and I have been driving a friend's loaner car for 4.5 months. I highly recommend this place if you like cars that DON’T work! We purchased our car less than a year ago, and since then we’ve had to replace all the brakes and the infotainment system. Now we’re being told it needs a new engine and transmission, bringing our total repair costs to over $27,000. It’s extremely concerning that a vehicle sold in this condition either wasn’t properly inspected before being put on the lot or that the issues were ignored. Buyers should be aware and proceed with caution.
