This is a 5* operation. I took my BMW in to get an estimate for some body work on the rear passenger side after being hit. My situation was complicated by the fact that I was going to be leaving town for awhile and needed to get this resolved ASAP beforehand. The workmanship was beautiful. My car looks brand new. Each time I've brought the car here, it's repaired exactly within the time frame I was told, the paint job is the best I've ever seen, and arrangements for rental car were quick and easy. I will recommend this company singing praise. As a female and senior they fought with my insurance to ensure when I picked it up I was happy. This is a 2007 and I absolutely love it. The front right fender and mirror were replaced and I can't even tell except now there are no aging spots. Becca was fantastic and the painter Mike wanted to ensure it all blended including door.
