Bought a truck with promise of repair to the sunroof that didn’t work, when I returned with it 12 days later the placed was closed up tight and no cars around anywhere. No reply from phone messages or email to the number posted on the door. Waiting for the other show to drop on the vehicle we bought.
I spent a day commuting to pick up a car that was misrepresented in the pictures and wasn’t even in working condition. Although I communicated as I drove my five hours I was never told until I walked in the door the car was not available and road ready. Don’t trust these con artist.
☠️RUN AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!☠️ I have just left the Car Castle dealer in Mount Pleasant WI. I drove over 5 hours to be told the car I was purchasing had a MAF sensor issue and was not driveable. I drove with the assurance (and check in hand) this dealer was selling a quality car. I bought a 2014 BMW X1 back in September, from Tony at Car Castle. I couldn't be happier. Tony was friendly and knowledgeable. At first I wasn't planning on buying a car this year, but I was curious about the dealership and checked out their website. The website is great and after checking out their inventory I found the car I wanted. Within 2 weeks I bought it. I noticed a couple of minor scratches the day I went to purchase it and they fixed it with no problem. I highly recommend them.

Tony is outstanding! We were looking for a 2015 Mercedes C300 with low miles. We live in Michigan and it was almost impossible to find the car we wanted.
